As the primary liaison between SVP and one of its Investees, Lead Partners play a crucial role – one that requires a broad set of skills, including coaching and relationships management. Your colleagues can learn from you as well as contribute to your development as a lead partner. SVPI facilitates a quarterly Lead Partners Community of Practice, in which current and former Leads exchange ideas and solutions and provide learning and consulting opportunities for one another.
